Outstanding working partnerships...

We worked with Spaces Unlimited on our 2006 Spring Parade home and to sum up our overall experience, it was nothing short of outstanding. The high expectations that we have were right in line with Spaces expectations and the ability to deliver. There are not many firms that combine interior architecture capability, interior design capability and interior furnishings capabilities under one roof. These pieces of the puzzle need to come together seamless in a million dollar home. Spaces does that, and they do it well. Instead of making three phone calls for a decision, we would make one. The level of organization, foresight and planning reduced the number of questions in the field during construction and was instrumental in producing a home that radiated quality at the end of the day.

Inspiration in every corner...

We have had the great pleasure of working with Spaces on our major renovation of our 81 year old lake home, circa 1926. It had been an extremely large project and during that time, we quickly went from 2 little boys to five children in the matter of 9 short months. Spaces was absolutely amazing to work with during the renovation. They worked so efficiently in helping us change the scope of our project with the discovery of our three little ones on the way..... and they seemed to do it with such ease! The time, effort, and detail that they have put forth toward our home was unbelievable. I feel like they have treated this project as if they were renovating their very own home.

In addition to their expertise in old home renovations, Spaces had great respect for our busy schedule. They let us know that they could assist in choosing the interior design detail on their own with our approval or let us be a major part of the decision making process and work one on one with them in the details. It was our preference on how much we wanted to be involved in making these decisions. Their talent and expertise in cabinetry and interior design has been outstanding. They have made our home classy, yet one of a kind.

We thank Spaces for the time and detail they have given us to make this our dream home! Truly, thank you Spaces. We could not have gotten through this without you!! I know it has been quite a big project but we have had a BLAST working with you!!

Comfortable living...

All too often letters are written in response to a negative interaction. We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to the “girls at Spaces” (Jennifer and Nancy: alphabetic order so there are no hurt feelings). Like many others we came to them with all our baggage we have collected over the years. We had one simple request, turn our stuff into the stuff of a design home. To make that happen was challenging, we did not have a “style” that they could start with. Although I believe they were in tears with our request, never once did they take the easy way out and suggest we start all over. They came to our home to learn more about us and our needs. With in a short time, they identified our style of living and expectations. Our relationship quickly developed into one of trust. We no longer felt the need to approve every change. We just knew it would be right. Friends and family now refer to our home and style as comfortable (if comfortable can be a style). In the end, the “girls at Spaces” blessed us with our dream, a comfortable design home to spend time with family and friends.
